Refund & Returns Policy

At KraftKarat, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care, and we want you to feel delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return (unless defective or damaged).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us.
Exchange is subject to availability of stock.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Jewellery rented through our rental service must be returned as per the rental agreement terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
